For this season, Velour Valencie is pleased to offer complimentary delivery across Australia. Every parcel is prepared with precision, presented in the house’s signature deep purple gift box, and entrusted to Australia Post’s secure network.
Standard delivery is provided at no cost and generally arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on location. A signature will be requested upon delivery to ensure the parcel is received safely.
Should faster service be preferred, express delivery is available at an additional cost, with most metropolitan parcels arriving within 1–3 business days.
Upon dispatch, each customer is issued a tracking number, allowing the journey of the parcel to be followed with confidence. For special requests, international orders, or personalised assistance, the Velour Valencie Client Care Team remains at the customer’s service.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Velour Valencie, every piece is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail. We want you to experience complete confidence in your purchase. If for any reason your item does not meet expectations, we offer the following return guidelines:
Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.
- Returns showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
- We gladly offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests should be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection for the refund to be processed.
- Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for securely shipping the item back to us using a trackable
Service. - We recommend insured shipping, as Velour Valencie cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories such as gloves or small leather goods may be final sale and not eligible for return. Limited-edition or personalized items are also non-returnable.
